What?! Finnish fan-made Pokémon musical? (In Finnish)

Valitsen sinut! -musikaali (I Choose You! The Musical) is based mainly on the Pokémon games Red, Blue and Yellow but also on the first season of the anime series. It has also been influenced by movies, manga and wild theories. The background story of this musical is our own creation in which you can find some well-known and familiar themes, but it also provides you with lots of new and exciting scenes.

Our fan-based musical toured around Finland in 2016, the 20th anniversary of Pokémon. Behind this project was the hard-working production team, who was in charge of fulfilling this dream with 40+ members of actors and crew helping them. This musical had its member call in the fall 2014, at the end of the year we chose our team and our rehearsal period started in the beginning of 2015. • Please keep the first row and the passageways clear.
• If you want to take pictures, please don’t use flash.
• Recording this show if forbidden, but we are going to publish the entire performance on our Youtube channel afterwards.
• There will be a twenty minute intermission of which we shall inform you separately.
